Warning! In order to guarantee a quick refund, please proceed with the return procedure.
1) Complete the form fields
Remember to enter your order number, article number and your e-mail address. Submit the form and wait for a response from our customer service. We usually reply in less than 24 hours!
2) Prepare the package and pack the items
Put the items packed in a box, possibly the original one; glue the label to the outside of the package and close it again making sure it is properly sealed.
3) Make the shipment
Choose how you want to return the product: through a TNT / Bartolini / UPS / Mail Boxes Etc collection point, or by scheduling a collection conveniently at your home. Shipping costs are charged to the sender. Remember to keep the return receipt!
4) Receive your refund
As soon as the return is returned and checked at our warehouses, the refund will be made
