The Cherry honey is one of the best and typical honey from Puglia. It is made from Bari country side, where Cherry has become the symbol of Puglia’s agri-food wealth. The color is strong, tending to amber. The taste is distinctive with fruit aftertaste, typical of Drupaceae botanical family. For these features, it is well combined with Matera and Altamura breads and mature cheeses.

The company philosophy combines the traditional production of honey and other products from the beehive, with respect and protection of the Apulian rural ecosystem.
